The package was delivered over night - can’t beat that. I ordered this product because as a hobby I make miniature architectural models. I use all types of paints, pigments, powdered and stick pastels. I use it for weathering/aging not drawing pictures. I never used charcoal.The attractive, hardy black box is made of stiff cardboard that looks like it will last for a reasonable period of time. The are twelve sticks all together. Nine black are made solely of charcoal and three grey (light and dark) and white are made of pastel. The black are organized as to hard, medium, soft. Only the black sticks have degree of hardness noted on them. Included are three paper blending stumps. Rather than having paper labels and information on each stick it is printed right on them. Some would like this, others not. It’s a matter of choice.
