As an interior designer who helps her clients regularly buy online, I have never had to return a product. Now I have. In trying to put this item together I found that the holes were either filled with paint or stripped out. The screw they provided broke from their heads in trying to assemble. The holes themselves were drilled after the items were wrapped in wicker which meant that the wicker was cut and already fraying in those spots. I couldn't trust the pieces to be secure for sitting even if I did manage to get them together.When I wrote to ask for the refund, after a couple days they said they would send new screws. New screws were not the problem. They did answer back within about another week to say they'd accept the return and refund the money upon inspection. The items have been shipped. I look forward to the refund for my client.I do not recommend this purchase. Sadly it cost me half the item price to ship it back. Will not order from this company again. If they are willing to refund the cost of return shipment, I will update this review and give the company another chance. If have to absorb the cost as a company so be it, but that is only because I stand behind my work. I would like to see this company do the same.
