It had small imperfections but I got it used-good condition. Considering I saw it go for less like the next day for new, I would hold off on the used products just, not worth the risk. This one took 8 days to arrive instead of the two day shipping, and that’s disappointing. This one was okay but you never know. It’s very easy to assemble if you are patient, and read the instructions. Don’t tighten screws until the end, or you will probably have to go back and loosen them or will scratch the powder coat. In the end it’s sturdy .This is an extremely easy to assemble shoe rack and has really good quality! One person can easily install in 10 mins. The shoe rack can put many pairs of shoes which is what I have been looking for!Couldn't ask for more. Very stylish shelving unit. I am not even using it for shoes. Just wanted some vertical spacing to clear out some clutter. Fits right into my living space.Super easy to put together. Took 10 minutes. Simple directions. Spare screws and a option to mount it to the wall. My floor was slightly unlevel so I adjusted the foot pegs that’s came with the materials and it sits perfectly. It was also well packaged. Happy with my order!We really like this rack. We are using it a shoe rack at our front door. There is plenty of space and it has a classy appearance. It has adjustable feet, so it is steady. Assembly was not difficult and took only a few minutes. Would highly recommend. Definitely recommend!This is a great shoe rack and partial shelf. It is a nice powder coated/painted steel that is sturdy as well as smooth. The wooden top has an oiled or slicked finish put on the wood. While the wood is sturdy I do NOT recommend putting anything too heavy on top. The weight test I did ( my own body weight leaned onto both arms after fully assembling the unit and tightening all screws ) took about half my body weight before it creaked (warning noise from the pressure/weight on the wood).Below i listed highly RECOMMENDED tips for building which I learned through trial and error.1.) look over the picture instructions and make sure all the parts/screws are there. There is a bag of extra parts included with 2 extra screws of each as well as an extra allen key.2.) when assembling the side legs (PART B) to to the wooden top (PART A) DO NOT fully TIGHTEN ANY screws until the very end. This SAVES you from the sides being to tight for space when angling the shelves (PART C) into the rows (the shelves will otherwise be far too tightly fit and scrap/scratch the side panels.3.) after fully assembling the shelve, tighten the screws one by one and check for space. Also, the leg pegs that go on the bottom are decent quality and are worth putting on to help stabilize the stand/shelf as it will most likely be off balanced as is.4.) I recommend using the wall screw and sash that comes with the unit if you have small animals or kids in the house ( I have 3 kittens) as the unit is very light and easy to move even though the materials are of decent quality.I hope these tips help, as a closing note, the packaging is intense and very above average. The parts are secure, bagged, and separated by small foam or wooden blocks. Also, about 90% of the packing supplies are recyclable so good on the company for that.Makes my entryway much nicer and more organized! I had a previous table there that had all wood shelves but we needed a shoe rack as well. This is the best of both worlds! Sturdy unit, perfect height and width.Super nice and decently easy to build. I have another piece from this brand so it matches perfectly.This is a really good product, especially for the money. I am new to putting pieces of furniture together but this is straightforward. It is well packaged so everything is pristine when it arrives. No marks or dents. The pieces fit nicely. No banging, hammering or forcing it to go together. It comes with little bags that hold the various sizes of screws and the instructions are in easy to follow diagrams. The Allen key is in the bag with the G and I screws. I couldn't find it at first. I used a Phillips screwdriver to start but the Allen key was excellent for tightening it all up. The piece is sturdy and stylish for the cost. Check out the picture. I will have to purchase a more attractive basket to put gloves, hats into than the one in the picture. I'd buy their products again. Just waiting on a coat rack that is supposed to arrive tomorrow.This shoe rack is awesome for the entryway! Not only does it have storage for about 20 pairs of shoes, I love the wood top for keys and my purse. Each row fits about 4 pairs of mens shoes, or 5 womens shoes. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy and stylish. Highly recommended.The product includes stabilizers to attach to the wall. I am not understanding why this is needed. There are leg adjusters for all four legs, so it is stabilized in that manner. The bottom shelf I keep all my insoles in baskets. The remaining shelves are filled with shoes. It is packed full with 20 pairs of shoes and boots, perfectly still and does not move even 1/2 inch. Watch for coupons or price reductions which pop up now and again, as I missed catching one of them. Wonderful product and I recommend it.
